A Program for Success!
Catholic Rainbow Outreach is a discipleship program. We ask for a one year commitment. Success takes time. The longer the commitment the higher rate of success. Some men stay three or four years. As the men qualify, we send them back into the prisons to minister what God has done. This was proven by Teen Challenge, Victory outreach, and other Christian programs.
Some of the men have been sent here by the courts. Others come here via jail, prison, or are referred to us from other drug or alcohol programs. Some come to us from the most affluent homes in California and other states.
Each brother is given a daily work assignment of about three hours. Free time is used for self improvement, exercising, sports, or fellowship. A minimum of three hours each day are devoted to bible study and prayer.
A Christian Home For Men - Matthew 25:35
Our facility is a "full way" home. Currently, we have two homes available for use by men only. There are some who offer a "half-way" opportunity; we are "all the way" for Jesus as we believe halfway measures will not avail to full success.
God has blessed us with a large two-story fourteen room house that has a basement and a nice two bed room house adjacent to it. And recently, we took possession of a third home.
We believe in the total cure for the whole person. According to 1 Thessalonians 5:23, ". and the very God of peace sanctify you wholly and I pray God, your whole sprit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Volunteers are needed in all areas of our ministry. Contact us to see where you can fit in. area we have open, Prison Ministry, Choir, counselors, mentors, computer technicians, mechanics, office assistant, etc..

We are also Missionaries and Evangelist
As missionaries to Mexico, we visit the Colonias around Tijuana , Ensenada and Tecate. We sing and pray with them giving to them what God has given us: his love, his word, bibles, food, clothes and what ever comes our way that we can send across the boarder. We go door to door to share the good news with who so ever will. We give seminars in the institutions. There is more. Come and see.

* A shelter
* A work program
* Detoxification facility
* We do not allow:
Smoking or chewing tobacco,
hypodermic or psychological medication,
addictive pain medication (codeine, vicodeine).
